Nissan Reveals All-New 2023 Nissan Pathfinder Rock Creek Trim

The 2023 Nissan Pathfinder will be receiving a new trim, the Rock Creek. This new trim will outfit the three-row SUV with greater off-road capability. The 2023 Pathfinder Rock Creek will feature a higher suspension, all-terrain tires, and an increase in horsepower. The Pathfinder already offers impressive capability and versatility, but this new trim takes it to another level. The Rock Creek trim also adds some changes to the interior cabin. While Nissan has been busy with its electrification efforts, it’s good to see the Japanese automaker continuing to update its combustion engine lineup. All-New 2023 Nissan Pathfinder Rock Creek Trim

An all-new trim for the 2023 Nissan Pathfinder has been announced. Called Rock Creek, the new trim outfits the Pathfinder with greater off-road capability. It also adds additional elements inside the three-row SUV. The 2023 Pathfinder comes equipped with a 3.5L V6 engine that delivers 284 horsepower. With the Rock Creek trim, this is bumped up to 295 horsepower. The V6 engine comes paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission. Owners can also opt for either front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive, though all-wheel drive comes standard with the new trim. With all-wheel drive, the Pathfinder gets several drive modes including Sand and Mud mode.

The 2023 Pathfinder Rock Creek also sees new changes to its interior. Nissan has changed the SUV’s seating configurations to feature captain’s chairs. The three-row SUV also gets a special cloth and vinyl upholstery. There’s also orange stitching and Rock Creek badging on the seats and center console. As for increased capability, the Rock Creek trim outfits the Pathfinder with a lifted suspension, 18-inch all-terrain tires, and a revised front grille and lower bumper. 

The Pathfinder Rock Creek trim will start at an MSRP of $44,115 (plus destination fee). Nissan has also increased the price of the base 2023 Pathfinder. The S base trim will now start at $35,460 (plus destination fee). Other trims like the SV and SL will also see increases in price but they will now feature a wireless charging pad. As for the 2023 Nissan Pathfinder Rock Creek, it offers consumers greater capability and versatility at a reasonable price.
