Nissan Releases Pricing Range for All-New All-Electric 2023 Nissan Ariya

Nissan will be releasing its all-new all-electric 2023 Nissan Ariya near the end of 2022. The fully electric SUV will face off against competitors like Tesla, Ford, and Subaru. Many automakers like the aforementioned have been moving toward EVs as the ongoing global climate crisis persists. With the help of government tax incentives, consumers have been showing an increased interest in EVs. As such, automakers have been working tirelessly to produce electrified versions of popular vehicles like pickups and SUVs. Nissan recently invested tens of billions into their own electrification efforts and now it seems the 2023 Nissan Ariya is the result of those efforts. Pricing for the electric SUV was recently released and it seems the SUV will fall between $40,000 and $60,000, depending on trim level.

Pricing Released for 2023 Nissan Ariya

Nissans 2023 Ariya was recently given a pricing range of $40,000-60,000. This cost varies depending on the trim level, but overall it seems a reasonable price for an all-electric SUV. For trim options, Nissan will offer the 2023 Ariya in the Venture+, Evolve+, Premiere, and Platinum+ trim. Pricing for each will be as follows: $45,950, $48,950, $53,450, and $58,950 respectively (plus destination fee). According to Nissan, each trim will feature different electric range options in addition to the expected changes in material quality. Each trim will also come available with either front or all-wheel drive. 

The 2023 Nissan Ariya will come standard with a CCS quick charge port, an 87-kilowatt-hour battery, and Nissan’s Safety Shield 360 safety suite. The electric SUV will also offer wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. For battery range, this will depend on the trim level. The Ariya Venture+ trim gets the most range (300 miles), and its AC synchronous electric motor offers 238 horsepower and 221lb-ft of torque. The Ariya Evolve+ and Premiere trims offer the same level of horsepower and torque, but they are only capable of 285 miles of range. The Ariya Platinum+ trim is the highest level trim and it utilizes a dual-motor all-wheel control. It comes with more power–389 horsepower and 442lb-ft of torque–but it only has 265 miles of range.

As consumers go up in trim level with the 2023 Ariya, they will note more comfort and convenience features like a wireless charging pad, a surround-view camera system, Nappa leather seats, ventilated front seats, and memory settings for the driver. There’s also Nissan’s ProPilot assist driver technology package which comes available with the Venture+ and Evolve+ trims. This includes lane-keep assist, adaptive cruise control, and limited hands-free driving. The 2023 Nissan Ariya is slated to launch in the Fall of 2022.
